Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth.
Reports To: Marketing and Sales Manager
Number of Positions Required: 2
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing plans in line with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market dynamics to provide strategic insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Support the marketing manager in planning and coordinating promotional campaigns, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing (experience in import-export is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in Amharic and English (spoken and written).
- Healthcare experience is advantageous
