Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable property options.
- Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitors.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any field of study (real estate background is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
