Job Summary:
The District Director leads and manages all banking operations within the assigned district, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals. The role is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing branch performance, resource optimization, customer relationship enhancement, and compliance with policies and procedures. The District Director plays a vital role in branch expansion strategy, financial mobilization, and employee performance development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the operational performance of branches within the assigned district.
- Ensure branches achieve business targets, customer service standards, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement district-level business growth and financial mobilization strategies.
- Monitor branch compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management procedures.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management support to branch managers and staff.
- Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high-quality banking service delivery.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management review.
- Support branch expansion initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth banking operations across the district.
- Promote a strong organizational culture, teamwork, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- IFB Certification is Mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum of Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience for Master’s Degree holders.
- Minimum of Twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders.
- Out of the total experience, at least Four (4) years must be in a managerial position within branch operation areas.
