Job Description

MTT Electrical Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the General Manager. The Executive Assistant will support the General Manager in managing operations, coordinating technical projects, and ensuring efficient communication between teams, clients, and partners.

The ideal candidate has strong management, coordination, and organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a basic understanding of engineering or infrastructure projects. This role requires someone capable of handling multiple priorities, managing schedules, following up on complex projects, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support
  • Manage and organize the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action lists.
  • Draft professional emails, reports, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on decisions and commitments made by the General Manager.
Project Coordination
  • Coordinate internal teams involved in technical and infrastructure projects.
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and planning schedules.
  • Assist in organizing site visits, project meetings, and technical reviews.
Communication & Liaison
  • Act as a communication bridge between the General Manager, technical teams, clients, and partners.
  • Ensure smooth information flow across departments.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Operational Support
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Support planning and monitoring of company activities and priorities.
  • Help organize company reporting and internal coordination processes.
Administrative Management
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support logistical arrangements for meetings, site visits, and company events.
  • Assist with documentation management and tracking key business activities.

Required Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or management roles.
  • Experience in engineering, construction, or technical project environments is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with infrastructure, engineering, or airport-related projects.
  • Experience using project management tools (MS Project, Excel tracking, etc.).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
