About the Job
The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior management, ensuring smooth coordination of office operations, effective communication, and efficient management of executive schedules and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare and organize official documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate communication between executives, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Take minutes of meetings and follow up on action points.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and administrative materials.
- Organize travel arrangements and logistics for executives when required.
- Maintain proper filing systems and office records.
About You
Qualification:
- BA in Management or related field of studies.
Experience:
- Four years of experience, from which one year as Officer II.
Skills Required:
- Sales / Marketing / Business / Management
