Immediate Vacancy: Export Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Export Manager to oversee and manage all export operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with international trade regulations and manage export documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the entire export process from order placement to final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions).
• Negotiate contracts and freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders.
• Monitor export shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor the export team to achieve performance goals.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in export/logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
