Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Export Manager to oversee and manage all export operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with international trade regulations and manage export documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the entire export process from order placement to final delivery.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions).
- Negotiate contracts and freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders.
- Monitor export shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and mentor the export team to achieve performance goals.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in export/logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of export regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
