Job Purpose
The Factory IT Systems Support Officer provides on-site technical support for factory systems, machines, and production-related IT operations to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support for factory systems, production computers, and machines
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on the factory floor
- Support ERP, inventory, attendance, and production tracking systems
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve system-related delays
- Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance
- Report system issues and improvements to the IT Officer
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Experience in factory or manufacturing IT support is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, networking, and hardware support
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to system issues
