We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and proactive candidates for the position of Field Sales Representative to support business growth, promote products, and expand the customer base through direct field sales activities.
Qualification
- BA Degree in any field from a recognized institution.
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Multilingual candidates preferred.
- Target-oriented and proactive attitude.
- Good negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in the field.
- Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and conduct field visits.
- Promote products and drive sales.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Convert leads into sales.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Provide daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
Compensation
- Salary: 10,000 ETB/month
- Commission: 2% on sales
