Job Overview
The Finance and Admin Assistant will support daily financial operations and administrative activities. The role involves handling accounting transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting with office coordination to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage petty cash and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports.
- Process payments and assist in payroll preparation.
- Manage tax declarations.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized filing systems and administrative documents.
- Support logistical arrangements for meetings, trainings, and events.
- Assist with general office administration tasks.
Compliance
- Ensure financial and administrative activities comply with organizational policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Peachtree accounting software is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
