Job Summary
Leads and manages the organization’s financial and administrative functions, ensuring effective financial planning, analysis, compliance, and alignment with organizational strategies while supporting HR-related practices and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the organization’s overall financial strategy and operations
- Ensure proper application of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights for decision-making
- Monitor budgeting, financial reporting, and resource utilization
- Support implementation of HR policies and administrative procedures
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial and administrative information
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices
- Expertise in financial analysis and reporting
- Basic understanding of HR policies and strategies
- Excellent command of English and Amharic languages
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office applications
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation
- Strong teamwork and facilitation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to balance staff interests with organizational principles
- Ability to handle HR matters impartially and recommend appropriate actions
