Position Summary: The Finance Specialist is responsible for managing the daily financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, compliance with tax regulations, and timely processing of payroll. The role also supports financial reporting and helps maintain overall financial discipline within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily registration and recording of all institutional revenues and expenses
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Handle and execute all taxation-related matters in accordance with national regulations and requirements
- Prepare and submit tax reports and ensure timely compliance with tax obligations
- Administer and process staff payroll accurately and on time
- Assist in basic financial reporting and reconciliation activities
Education:
- BA Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience:
- 2 or more years of relevant professional experience in finance or accounting roles
