Job Summary
The Finance Head will lead and oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring proper financial management, cost control, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance and accounting team
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Monitor cash flow and working capital
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations
- Strengthen internal controls and financial systems
- Support management in strategic decision-making
- Coordinate audits and external financial reporting
Requirements
- BA/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of financial management and cost control
- Experience leading a finance team
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations
