Finance Manager Opportunity

Job Summary

Our Manufacturing Cluster is seeking experienced and results-driven Finance Managers to join our manufacturing companies and support strong financial governance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Reporting to: General Manager / Manufacturing Cluster Finance Directorate

Key Duties

• Plan, organize, and oversee all financial and accounting operations of the company
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies
• Strengthen cost control, working capital management, and liquidity planning
• Support management with timely financial analysis and decision-making inputs
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Lead, mentor, and supervise finance and accounting staff

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification is an advantage)
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience,
• At least 2 years in a Finance Manager role
• Strong experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of IFRS, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
