Job Summary
MIDROC Investment Group (MIG) is one of Ethiopia’s leading diversified investment groups. Our Manufacturing Cluster is seeking experienced and results-driven Finance Managers to join our manufacturing companies and support strong financial governance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Reporting to: General Manager / Manufacturing Cluster Finance Directorate
Key Duties
- Plan, organize, and oversee all financial and accounting operations of the company
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies
- Strengthen cost control, working capital management, and liquidity planning
- Support management with timely financial analysis and decision-making inputs
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Lead, mentor, and supervise finance and accounting staff
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification is an advantage)
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience,
- At least 2 years in a Finance Manager role
- Strong experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of IFRS, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
