Job Summary
We’re looking for a Team Lead Software Engineer to lead our mobile app development projects (iOS, Android, and cross-platform). This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone ready to shape technical direction and mentor a growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to mobile app development using Flutter
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design and product decisions
- Ensure high-quality code, architecture, and performance
- Grow into broader leadership across technology stacks as we scale

Compensation: 25,000 – 30,000 ETB/month (Based on experience)
Work Type: Hybrid (3 days in office)
