Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting routine quality inspections and checks.
• Monitor daily production/service processes to ensure standards are met.
• Identify defects and report non-conformities to the supervisor.
• Maintain quality control records and documentation.
• Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
