About the Job:
Bunnamore is a leading company in the food and beverage industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. The exclusive franchise of Illy Caffè in Ethiopia is currently hiring for the following position:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting routine quality inspections and checks.
- Monitor daily production/service processes to ensure standards are met.
- Identify defects and report non-conformities to the supervisor.
- Maintain quality control records and documentation.
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
