Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated General Practitioner (GP) to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience as a Quality Officer and be capable of providing high-quality clinical care to patients. This position combines both clinical responsibilities and quality improvement functions, contributing to improved service delivery across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:
- Provide outpatient and inpatient clinical services
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions
- Support emergency and on-call duties as required
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare staff
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and patient safety standards
Quality Officer Duties:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with hospital quality standards and protocols
- Participate in quality audits, assessments, and improvement initiatives
- Support data collection, reporting, and analysis related to patient care
- Assist departments in implementing corrective actions and quality improvement plans
- Promote patient safety and continuous quality improvement
Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from a recognized university with a valid license to practice
- 2 years of experience as a Quality Officer (required)
- Strong clinical skills and ability to deliver patient-centered care
- Knowledge of hospital quality systems, indicators, and reporting
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
