Job Description

The position is responsible for overseeing overall business operations, improving organizational performance, and driving sustainable growth through effective strategy implementation and team management.

Key Responsibilities

The role focuses on operational leadership, performance management, and process improvement.

• Develop key performance goals and manage staff performance to ensure targets are achieved
• Create and implement strategies that support business growth and expansion
• Manage recruitment, hiring, and training processes to build a strong workforce
• Ensure departments deliver high-quality services and meet client expectations
• Work closely with Account Managers and senior staff to improve efficiency and performance
• Analyze and improve internal processes to enhance productivity
• Oversee large-scale projects and monitor progress against objectives
• Interpret performance reports and make data-driven decisions
• Manage budgets and monitor the financial performance of the business unit
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to improve operational effectiveness

Qualification

• BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related fields

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in operations, management, or related roles
