Job Summary

The Human Resource service head is responsible for implementing activities related to talent management, talent development, and talent acquisition. This includes:

• Facilitating the hiring process of the company.
• Shortlisting applicants and presenting them to the department.
• Ensuring staff are paid correctly and on time.
• Managing pensions and benefits administration.
• Organizing staff training.
• Drafting letters of employment, transfer, promotion, and salary increments.
• Organizing and tabulating data, sourcing documents, and preparing reports.
• Monitoring employee attendance.
• Advising on disciplinary and employee performance issues.
• Managing leave administration and preparing reports on absenteeism.
• Collecting and compiling employee performance evaluation reports.

Qualification and Experience

• A first degree from a recognized university/college in Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Public Administration.
• 5 years of related experience, including two years in a supervisory/senior position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is highly required.
