Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.

Work Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in import operations or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage import operations to ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws.
• Prepare and review import documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers to resolve any issues.
• Monitor shipment status and update relevant stakeholders accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and related documentation.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in import operations.
• Assist with audits and inspections related to import activities.
• Provide support and guidance on import-related inquiries to other departments.
