Educational Background:

• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• At least 2 year of experience in accounts payable, general accounting, or related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share detailed day to day outlets cost, expense and sales reports
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Prepare and verify general sales reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
• Produce and share detailed weekly sales reports, including comprehensive financial analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and align data for reporting requirements.
• Manage and maintain shareholders' account balances, ensuring timely payments for guest services.
• Reconcile shareholders' account balances and coordinate with the finance team to track all payments accurately.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or other relevant tools).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
