Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year of experience in accounts payable, general accounting, or related roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and share detailed day to day outlets cost, expense and sales reports
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Prepare and verify general sales reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
- Produce and share detailed weekly sales reports, including comprehensive financial analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and align data for reporting requirements.
- Manage and maintain shareholders' account balances, ensuring timely payments for guest services.
- Reconcile shareholders' account balances and coordinate with the finance team to track all payments accurately.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or other relevant tools).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
