Job Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly organized and professional female Office Administrator to manage daily administrative tasks and support basic accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Proactive
  • Capable of ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Skilled in maintaining accurate financial records

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and office supply management
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, petty cash handling, and reconciliations
  • Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and reporting
  • Support HR and procurement processes as needed
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers professionally
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, functional, and efficient

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial documentation
  • Proven experience in office administration or related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
