Job Overview
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly organized and professional female Office Administrator to manage daily administrative tasks and support basic accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be:
- Detail-oriented
- Proactive
- Capable of ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Skilled in maintaining accurate financial records
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and office supply management
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents
- Assist in preparing financial reports, petty cash handling, and reconciliations
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and reporting
- Support HR and procurement processes as needed
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers professionally
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, functional, and efficient
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial documentation
- Proven experience in office administration or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
