Supervisor – Driver Sales Agents

About the Role

Little App Ethiopia is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Supervisor to lead and inspire our team of Driver Sales Agents in the field. This role is pivotal in scaling our driver network by ensuring the team meets and exceeds driver onboarding goals. You'll be the driving force behind hitting daily and monthly registration targets while upholding quality, efficiency, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Driver Sales Agents working in the field
• Identify strategic, high-traffic areas to maximize driver registrations
• Monitor daily team performance and track individual registration metrics
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance management; recommend new hires or replacements as needed
• Ensure accurate and complete driver registration documentation
• Report daily field activity, key metrics, and challenges to upper management
• Uphold company policies, brand image, and field operational standards

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 1+ years of experience supervising sales or field agents (experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or telecom is a strong advantage)
• Proven leadership, team-building, and motivational skills
• Excellent communication skills in Amharic (English proficiency is an added bonus)
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet ambitious targets
• Familiarity with basic reporting tools like Google Sheets or Excel
