Head Tailor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head Tailor to lead a skilled tailoring team in delivering high-quality garments. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to precision and craftsmanship in a welcoming and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support the tailoring team to ensure efficient workflow and high standards
• Oversee garment construction, alterations, and finishing with exceptional attention to detail
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and client expectations
• Train and mentor junior tailors to improve skills and consistency
• Manage production timelines and coordinate daily tailoring operations
• Inspect completed garments for accuracy, fit, and overall quality
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tailor, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and tailoring techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines efficiently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• English fluency is an advantage
