Position Summary: This role manages the dual functions of human resources and general office administration, focusing on talent development, performance, and logistical efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and training processes for new staff
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and appraisals
- Manage general office administration and organizational logistics
- Handle procurement and property (Logistics) tasks to ensure smooth operations
Education:
- BA Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant professional experience
