About the Job
The HR & Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions and administrative operations within the organization. The role ensures effective HR planning, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and efficient office administration to support overall organizational performance and workforce productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations and handle workplace conflicts and disciplinary issues.
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee performance management systems and employee evaluations.
- Manage administrative operations including office coordination and documentation.
- Maintain HR records and ensure proper use of HR software systems.
- Support training and development programs for employees.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management.
About You
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR software and payroll systems.
