Position Overview
Ruftana Trading PLC is looking for a detail-oriented and seasoned HR Administrator to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will have a robust background in corporate human resources, with practical experience in various sectors such as:
- Transportation
- Manufacturing
- Services
- Import/Export
- Agriculture
This position is ideal for someone with a minimum of five years’ experience in a corporate HR setting, who is adept at handling both administrative and strategic HR functions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, tracking leave, and administering employee benefits.
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations, company policies, and established procedures.
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job vacancies, screening applicants, and organizing interviews.
- Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
- Keep HR databases current and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the finance department to support payroll processing.
- Work closely with department managers to facilitate efficient HR operations across all business units.
- Provide assistance in managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and supporting disciplinary procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of professional experience in a corporate HR role, ideally with exposure to transportation, manufacturing, service, import/export, and agricultural industries.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR management software (such as HRIS and payroll systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
