Position Overview

Ruftana Trading PLC is looking for a detail-oriented and seasoned HR Administrator to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will have a robust background in corporate human resources, with practical experience in various sectors such as:

  • Transportation
  • Manufacturing
  • Services
  • Import/Export
  • Agriculture

This position is ideal for someone with a minimum of five years’ experience in a corporate HR setting, who is adept at handling both administrative and strategic HR functions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, tracking leave, and administering employee benefits.
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations, company policies, and established procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job vacancies, screening applicants, and organizing interviews.
  • Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
  • Keep HR databases current and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to support payroll processing.
  • Work closely with department managers to facilitate efficient HR operations across all business units.
  • Provide assistance in managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and supporting disciplinary procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of professional experience in a corporate HR role, ideally with exposure to transportation, manufacturing, service, import/export, and agricultural industries.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR management software (such as HRIS and payroll systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
