Responsibilities
- Organize and manage company files, letters, and HR documents both in hard and soft copy.
- Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes in clear and professional English.
- Assist in HR-related tasks including recruitment, employee records, and attendance management.
- Support administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper filing and retrieval of company documents.
- Provide general office support and assist with other duties assigned by the HR department.
- Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields (other fields are also acceptable).

- Strong communication skills in English and Amharic.
