About the Job

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in daily administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in HR functions within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Help coordinate training and staff development activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Assist in handling employee inquiries and internal communications.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum BA Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related social science fields from a recognized institution.
• Eligibility: Female graduates of 2016 or 2017 E.C only.
• Experience: Zero years of work experience required.
• Skills:
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of human resource management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
