About the Job: PSI invites qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the HR Intern position based in Addis Ababa. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals looking to build a career in Human Resources within an international NGO environment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related social science fields
Experience:
- 0–1 year of experience (previous HR internship experience is an added advantage)
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to participate in diverse HR activities
- Demonstrates strong learning agility
- Commitment to organizational values
