Job Summary
Mela is seeking a proactive and experienced Intermediate HR Officer to join its growing team. The role focuses on managing HR operations, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with Ethiopian labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Support performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Labor Law
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Good knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
