About the Job:
The HR Officer will support the human resources function by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role contributes to maintaining a positive work environment and supports HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, and interviewing.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and provide basic payroll support.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain the confidentiality of information.
About You
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
