Import Documentation Officer

About the Role:

MNRC Import and Export PLC is looking for a detail-oriented and active Import Documentation Officer who can manage shipment documents and support smooth import operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and check import documents before submission
• Handle paperwork for incoming shipments
• Follow up on shipment arrival and customs clearance
• Work closely with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and customs offices
• Track shipments and ensure all documents are submitted on time
• Keep records organized and up to date
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners
• Quickly fix any document-related issues

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in import, logistics, or documentation
• Experience in the construction sector is a plus

Skills:

• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of import procedures
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Energetic and proactive
