About the Role:
MNRC Import and Export PLC is looking for a detail-oriented and active Import Documentation Officer who can manage shipment documents and support smooth import operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and check import documents before submission
- Handle paperwork for incoming shipments
- Follow up on shipment arrival and customs clearance
- Work closely with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and customs offices
- Track shipments and ensure all documents are submitted on time
- Keep records organized and up to date
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners
- Quickly fix any document-related issues
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in import, logistics, or documentation
- Experience in the construction sector is a plus
Skills:
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of import procedures
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Energetic and proactive
