Job Summary
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about sales in Logistics Industry? Join our growing team at SYNTRANS Logistics, a trusted partner in the logistics industry, and play a key role in managing our sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process tender documents for necessary approvals.
- Maintain and update client records.
- Receive, process, and monitor customer requests
- Address client queries, prepare estimates, and generate quotations.
- Manage the office calendar for the project development and accounts manager
- Schedule departmental meetings and document minutes
- Collect and prepare consolidated reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Raise requisitions for commercial team
Qualification
- BA degree in Marketing, Business administration, Logistics and related fields
- Experience in sales roles in logistics industry is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
