Baro Technologies is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern, ideal for recent college graduates eager to gain hands-on experience. This role offers a great opportunity to develop practical skills in marketing, digital marketing, sales strategies, and customer engagement while receiving comprehensive training.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support SEO efforts, including keyword research, website optimization, and analytics.
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and engagement.
• Help create marketing materials like social media graphics and presentations (basic design skills preferred).
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM updates.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and train easily with supervision
• Interest in sales and marketing strategy.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or other design tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
