Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve subscription growth targets.
Lead efforts to secure 1,000 new Car Care Club subscribers by March 1st, 2025.
Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the Karen suburb and surrounding areas.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of prospects through the sales funnel.
Team Leadership:
Train, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet individual and collective targets.
Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the sales team.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Actively seek feedback from customers to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Market Development:
Identify new market segments and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that drive sales.
Represent Indigo Car Care Club at industry events, networking opportunities, and community engagements.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports detailing key metrics, achievements, and challenges.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Use CRM software to track leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
Product and Service Launches:
Drive the successful introduction of new products and services, ensuring maximum market impact.
Provide training and resources to the sales team to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven success in a challenging sales role, ideally in the automotive or service industry.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales funnel management.
Knowledge of the automotive sector is an added advantage.
