About the Internship Opportunity
PIN would like to invite energetic, disciplined, responsible female intern applicants to work under the IT department.
Responsibilities
Client Stations
- Installing, reinstalling operating systems and PIN approved and recommended software
- Installing software updates
- Installing all necessary and recommended security updates
- Setting up user profiles according to PIN policies
- Connecting client stations to network resources, such as shared disks, printers, etc.
- Following up on the cleanliness of the PIN assets (Laptop, Desktop) frequently
- Monitoring short-term loans of assets (Tablets, Camera, Smartphone)
- Ensuring the assets function well and are registered in the temporary database when Fixed Assets movement occurs.
Helpdesk
- Standard troubleshooting of client's hardware and software problems to the extent of experience (including printers, scanners, faxes, etc.)
- Consulting advanced helpdesk issues with the IT Officer
- Prioritizing helpdesk issues
- Setting up emails and logins for PIN staff as advised by the line manager.
Networking
- Setting up and maintaining basic LAN and wireless network with emphasis on security and order
- Consulting advanced design and modifications of LAN and wireless network with the line manager
General Obligations and Responsibilities
- Regular reporting to the direct line manager.
- Observing rules of the signed confidentiality agreement.
- Observing software legality in accordance with PIN policies.

The worker’s position within the institution requires contacts with outside; he or she therefore conveys a certain image of PIN. PIN expects its workers to behave in appropriate manners at all times and in all places. All members of staff should ensure their attitudes correspond to PIN principles, both during and after working hours.
- The worker takes over the responsibility for all entrusted material or cash. The worker is obligated to cover all damages or losses caused by his carelessness. The Agreement of Liability of Assets has been signed separately.
Other
Other assignments corresponding to actual needs of the project, program, or mission upon the request of the line manager.
Qualification
- Minimum BA degree in Computer Science Technology and Information System and other related fields of study from a recognized higher education institution
- Only Graduates of 2024 or 2025 E.C
- Only zero years of work experience required
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Installing, and reinstalling operating system
- Installing software and Software updates
- Connecting client stations to network resources
- Setting up and maintaining sustainable protection against malicious software (viruses, worms, trojan horses, spyware etc.)
- Good judgment regarding confidentiality and respect for sensitive materials
