Job Summary
The Junior Printing and Design Officer supports the production of visual materials by creating graphic layouts and operating digital printing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Creation: Assist in designing layouts for various materials including flyers, newsletters, social media graphics, and official forms.
- Ensure that all designs follow the organization's official colors, logos, and font guidelines.
- Perform basic photo retouching and cropping for use in digital and print publications.
- Take existing templates and update them with new information or images.
Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) or Canva/CorelDraw.
- Understanding the difference between digital and offset printing, and knowledge of paper weights and finishes.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- A degree/diploma or certificate in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field. 0 and above years’ experience.
