The IT Officer is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.

The role involves system maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting users while ensuring data security and system efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience for Bachelor’s degree holders or 1 year for Master’s degree holders
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, networking, and system administration
• Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of database management systems
• Experience with ERP systems, factory automation, and security systems is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Good communication skills and ability to support end-users effectively
