A leading legal-tech company in Ethiopia is hiring an IT Support & Data Encoder to help manage a new digital platform. This role involves providing technical support, training users on the system, and accurately entering and managing data.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for software, website, and app-related issues
- Train users (lawyers & clients) on how to use the digital platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Accurately input and update data in company databases
- Verify and correct data errors
- Generate reports and maintain organized records
- Travel within Addis Ababa when required (transport allowance provided)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- No prior experience needed—fresh graduates encouraged to apply!
- Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting, data entry, and database management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills to train non-technical users
- Willingness to move around the city based on client needs (transport covered)
