Professional Role – It Support Technician

Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to help maintain and improve IT systems for our clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and dependable technical performance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
• Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network faults.
• Provide user support via phone, chat, and in-person sessions, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Prepare documentation, technical procedures, and reports.
• Set up new user accounts, permissions, and profiles; manage password resets.
• Support the rollout and testing of new applications and technologies.
• Maintain diagrams, manuals, and other documentation for systems and processes.
• Prioritize and manage multiple open tickets to meet service-level expectations.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships across teams and with client contacts.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and network systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
