Job Summary

The IT Technician Intern will provide IT support and maintenance services to clients both on-site and at the office. The role involves assisting with hardware and software installation, network support, troubleshooting technical issues, and gaining practical experience through hands-on technical assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and maintenance services to clients on-site and at the office.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and office equipment.
• Assist with network installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and service activities.

Educational Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• No prior work experience is required.

Core Professional Skills

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.
• Basic computer typing skills.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
