Job Description:

Implement Feedback and Complaints Mechanisms:

• Establishing effective channels for beneficiaries to provide feedback
• Setting up suggestion boxes, hotlines, and digital platforms
• Ensuring feedback is collected promptly and addressed in a timely manner

The goal is to enhance transparency, build trust with beneficiaries, and improve overall program responsiveness.

Conduct Community Awareness and Training Sessions:

• Organizing training sessions for community members and staff
• Raising awareness about accountability principles and procedures
• Educating participants on how to access assistance and provide feedback

Monitor and Evaluate Accountability Processes:

• Regularly assessing the effectiveness of feedback mechanisms
• Collecting and analyzing data on feedback trends and beneficiary satisfaction
• Identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights

Report and Document Findings:

• Preparing comprehensive reports on feedback and complaints
• Documenting key insights, challenges, and successes
• Facilitating informed decision-making by program management

Qualification:

• MA or BA Degree in Economics, Development Studies, M&E, Disaster Management, Rural Development, and related social science fields
• Technical training qualifications on Compliance and Accountability at food resource setup
• Experience in analysis/assessment related to compliance areas
• 3-5 years of experience in food assistance programs and disaster mitigation
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Skilled in data analytics, tool development, and monitoring & evaluation of projects
• Experienced in training or teaching adults and working with multi-cultural groups
