Job Summary:
To prepare journal entries, maintain balance sheet, ledgers and account and bank reconciliations; assist senior staff in all cash management functions
Operating Unit: Disbursement Management Division
Reporting To: Manager, Disbursement Management Division

Duty Station: Head Office
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare periodic cash collection report
- Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all transactions are recorded
- Support in tracking and monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
- Assist in analysis and reconciliation of bank statements and general ledgers
- Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation
- Participate in preparation of period financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Generic Duties
- Keep immediate supervisor informed with regular detailed and accurate work reports on progress and challenges
- Take self-initiative to develop competence and improve performance
- Develop individual performance plan; Implement feedbacks received by immediate supervisor during performance evaluations
