Our recruitment team at GeezJobs is looking for Junior Administrative & Account Officer candidates for our client, a digital-based hospitality company with restaurant businesses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Hotel Management, or related fields
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative and accounting roles
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries, take orders, and ensure all requirements are clearly documented.
  • Communicate client requests to the production team and follow up on execution.
  • Ensure that projects meet client specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with designers, printers, and other workers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to provide updates and confirm satisfaction.
  • Prepare and send quotations, process orders, and track project progress.
  • Assist in managing client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media management and promotional activities.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, orders, and project timelines.
  • Oversee general office coordination, ensuring smooth workflow and communication between teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
