Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect with a strong interest in interior design to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will support project delivery from concept through construction documentation, with a focus on interior space planning, visualization, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
- Develop interior design concepts, space plans, and material selections in line with project requirements.
- Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for presentations and client approvals.
- Assist in coordinating design details with senior architects, engineers, and site teams.
- Review drawings for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
- Support project documentation, revisions, and design updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Adequate knowledge of 2D drafting and construction documentation standards.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering.
- Proficiency in Revit, Archicad, 3ds Max, Lumion, and similar design software.
- Excellent eye for detail and strong interior space planning ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
