Department: Sourcing and Logistics

Reports to: Logistics and Sourcing Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company’s asset registry database with precision.
• Track and record all asset movements, transfers, and assignments.
• Conduct regular physical audits and verifications to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in the tagging, labeling, and identification of new and existing assets.
• Support the coordination of asset transfers between departments and disposal processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely asset management reports and maintain all related documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Qualification

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in asset management, inventory control, or a similar logistics role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Office Suite (Excel is essential).
• Basic understanding of inventory or asset management principles.
• Familiarity with asset management software systems is a distinct advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity and responsibility in handling company property.
