Summary
On behalf of our client, a well-established law firm with over 20 years of experience handling corporate cases and working with foreign investors, GeezJobs Recruitment Department is seeking a Junior Associate to join their legal team.
Job Description & Deliverables:
- Conduct legal research, interpret laws, regulations, and rulings, and provide sound legal advice
- Prepare legal correspondence and documents, including legal memos/opinions, contracts, and litigation-related materials
- Handle government office engagements on behalf of clients, including company establishment, license renewals, registrations, document authentication, and related assignments
- Attend internal and external meetings and prepare accurate minutes and notes
- Support senior lawyers and contribute to internal and external legal updates and publications
- Collect, organize, and maintain legal resources, laws, and regulatory materials
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and documentation
- Work collaboratively as part of a legal team and actively share knowledge and experience
- Participate in projects or assignments across different practice areas as assigned by the firm
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); additional certifications are an advantage
- 1–2 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
