GeezJobs Recruitment Department is seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Lead on behalf of our client, a company specializing in building ventilation works and installation. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional with 1-3 years of experience to contribute to business growth, project execution, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing business operations and project execution within the building ventilation and installation sector.
• Support sales and business development efforts by identifying potential clients and opportunities.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a Business, Sales, Management, Human Resource, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or project coordination role.
• Background in construction, HVAC, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
