We are seeking motivated and disciplined Junior Heavy Equipment Operators to join our operations team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in machinery operation, construction, mining, or industrial environments. Selected candidates will operate specialized heavy equipment safely and efficiently while following company procedures, maintenance standards, and workplace safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections of machinery
• Report mechanical faults, damages, or safety concerns immediately
• Follow supervisor instructions and operational schedules
• Ensure safe loading, hauling, drilling, grading, or earth-moving activities based on assigned equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and basic care of assigned machinery
• Comply with company safety procedures and traffic rules
• Support production targets and operational efficiency
• Keep accurate daily operation logs and reports

Specific Roles & Licenses

• Dozer Operator – Requires Special Machinery License
• Drill Operator – Requires Special Machinery License
• Off-Highway Dump Truck Operator – Requires 5th Grade Driving License or Special Machinery License

Education & Experience

• Level 3 in Auto Mechanic with COC Certificate OR 10+3 Diploma
• 0 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Basic understanding of machinery operation and safety practices
• Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions
• Strong discipline, punctuality, and responsibility
• Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments
