Job Summary
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a young, energetic, and proactive Junior Human Resource Officer who can confidently support daily HR operations while contributing to employee administration, recruitment coordination, and staff engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee personal files, contracts, and HR records accurately.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for newly hired employees.
- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and overtime records.
- Assist in payroll preparation by compiling attendance and employee data.
- Handle employee requests such as letters, ID cards, and HR related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Support performance appraisal processes and staff development activities.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, including recruitment, attendance, and employee turnover data.
- Assist in organizing staff trainings, meetings, and engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualification Requirements
Education:
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant Human Resource experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of HR principles and labor law basics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Teamwork spirit and willingness to learn.
